Five Year Rule Review Feedback Welcome

Air Pollution Control

The Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) is required to review its rules at least once every five years and prepare and obtain the Governor’s Regulatory Review Council’s approval of a written report on Air Pollution Control.1

As part of this process, ADEQ would like your feedback on the Air Pollution Control rules in the Arizona Administrative Code (A.A.C.), specifically Title 18, Chapter 2, Articles 14 (Conformity Determinations) and 15 (Forest and Range Management Burns), developed to comply with the Federal Clean Air Act, including, but not limited to Title I.
