The Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) has issued the Record of Decision (ROD) for the Park-Euclid Water Quality Assurance Revolving Fund (WQARF) site in Tucson, Arizona. The ROD is the final legal document that describes the site’s selected remedy. It includes a schedule as well as estimated cost to implement the remedy. It also describes a response to all public comments received on the site’s Proposed Remedial Action Plan.
