Beginning July 22, 2021, UST owners will need to register for a myDEQ account to submit required financial responsibility information, plan review forms as well as UST notification forms.*

*Paper submittals will no longer be accepted starting July 21, 2021, at 5 p.m. for financial responsibility, plan review forms in addition to UST notification forms.
