General Permit Modifications

Four Arizona Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (AZPDES) general permits have been modified to incorporate Arizona’s new Surface Water Protection Program,1 which includes state protections for non-WOTUS protected surface waters | Learn More About the Program >

Modified Permits and Related Documents:

No action is currently required to maintain coverage if you have an active NOI for these permits.
