Hazardous Waste Rule Updates – Notice of Proposed Rulemaking – On Friday, July 10, 2020,  ADEQ filed an NPRM regarding the State Hazardous Waste (HW) Program with the Secretary of State. A prepublication copy is viewable below. The official NPRM is expected to be published in the Arizona Administrative Register on July 31.  View/Download the NPRM. Submit comments and questions by Friday, September 4, 2020, to: wasterulemaking@azdeq.gov
