*Please note: Current permittees who will complete construction activities by Aug. 31, 2020, and those with a CGP Erosivity Waiver are not required to reapply for coverage under the new permit. If you have an Erosivity Waiver, check your calculated end date on your certificate. If your small construction activity continues beyond the calculated end date, the operator must obtain a new NOI and prepare a SWPPP, prior to the calculated end date indicated on the existing Erosivity Waiver Certificate.
