If you held an air quality permit issued by the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) for any portion of 2020, you are required to submit a 2020 emissions inventory (EI) report to ADEQ by June 1, 2021.

Unless you report using the SLEIS web application, please submit your signed 2020 EI report via email to emissioninventory@azdeq.gov. Either scanned or digital signatures are welcome.
